Booking Policy​​

If you cancel the appointment more than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you will receive a full refund, minus 5% transaction fees.

 

If you reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, you will not be charged.

 

If you cancel or reschedule between 24 hours and 2 hours before your session, 50% of the session fee will apply.

 

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the session, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged the full session fee.

If you are unwell or something genuinely unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as you’re able. This policy helps me hold the space responsibly and offer availability to others who may need support.
