

COUNSELING PROCESS
Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions. You might be feeling nervous, hopeful, unsure, or all of these at once. That is completely normal. This space is here to support you in whatever stage you are at.
In our first session, we will begin by getting to know each other. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We will talk about what brings you here, what you are hoping for, and how we might work together. There is no pressure to have it all figured out.
Ongoing sessions are shaped around your needs and goals. Some people come with specific issues they want to work through. Others come to explore patterns, emotions, or parts of themselves they have never had the space to talk about before. We will keep checking in to see what is working and adjust as needed.
Booking
All sessions are by prior appointment only. You can book a session through the contact form on this website or by sending me an email or message.
Medium of Therapy
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom, depending on your comfort and preference.
Session Duration
Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes.
Session Frequency
Most clients meet with me once a week. However, this can be adjusted depending on your needs, goals, and availability.
First Session
Our first session will be a gentle, exploratory conversation. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, get a sense of whether we’re a good fit, and collaboratively set intentions for our work together.
FEES
Individual Therapy (clients based in India): Rs. 1800
Individual Therapy (NRI): Rs. 2000
Couple and Family Therapy: Rs. 2500
